I’m Harjit, and I teach yoga, including beginner‑friendly classes, designed to help you slow down,
breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
My classes are warm, calm and inclusive.
I teach Vinyasa yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga.

🌿 ABOUT ME
​
Hi,
​I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago. Starting at a local gym, and realising the benefits of yoga, I decided to qualify as a Yoga Teacher with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance in 2022.
​
Since then I've taken numerous training sessions including chair yoga, yin yoga and in many aspects of yoga philosophy.
​
Over the years, I've realised how much yoga has helped me both physically and mentally. Yoga has supported me through life’s challenges — now I’m here to support you too.
Doing yoga regularly can help us in the following ways:

reduces stress and anxiety;

promotes sleep quality

CLASSES
I've created these classes to offer a calm, affordable, and welcoming space for our local community or wider community online. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking for a peaceful weekly ritual, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

HATHA FLOW YOGA
Hatha Flow is a nourishing blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, this class offers a thoughtful balance of movement and stillness. Postures are linked with the breath, creating a smooth, unhurried flow that encourages presence and connection. You’ll leave feeling grounded, gently energised, and supported in both body and mind.
My classes are designed to help you feel grounded, calm, and supported — no matter your age, experience, or flexibility.
YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply calming practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently soften and release. Mostly practised close to the floor, this class offers time to slow down, rest and turn inward. With an emphasis on breath, stillness and mindful awareness, Yin supports flexibility, joint health and a sense of ease. My classes focus on surrender, patience and listening to your body. The class encourages deep relaxation of the tissues and nervous system, leaving you feeling grounded, open and refreshed.

ONLINE YOGA
Practise yoga from the comfort of your home with my live online classes. Each session is thoughtfully guided, with simple, accessible movements and gentle flows designed to help you feel more relaxed and connected. Options are always offered, allowing you to work safely and comfortably in your own space. Ideal for anyone looking for a steady, grounding practice without the need to travel.
